Correction and/or maintenance procedures of this equipment including a calendar cleaning and appointment checklist. In addition we can provide simulated health inspections, deliveries and acceptance procedures, and proper food and chemical storage.
HACCP: we also provide a separate service where we develop a HACCP plan which is mandatory for those using sous vide cooking. A HACCP plan violation will result in instant shut down of your establishment and if left unchecked can result in a foodborne illness outbreak.
