DCCS: Is essentially a collection of some of DC’s most sought after and award winning chefs, beverage directors, front of the house managers, and servers collected in a consulting group.  Our mission is to help entrepeneurs in our industry achieve success by sharing the knowledge we gained in our experience working for some of the most succesful restaurant groups in the United States.  Take advantage of our initial free consultation, you literally have nothing to lose.

Chef Andrew Kern has been emerging as a notable culinary talent, with an exceptional eye for detail and honest inspiration behind each individual dish he prepares.  Translating his global and local culinary experiences into fresh amazing flavor while using classic techniques and ingredients.

Born and raised in Washington DC, Chef Kern trained in New York City for three years in Michelin star restaurants like Country and Oceana (modern french) before moving back home taking a job at Marcel’s (classic french).  Working for several top restaurants and award-wining chefs such as Geoffrey Zakarian, Cornelius Gallager, and Robert Wiedmaier in DC, Chef Kern became praised in the diplomatic circles, landing him a job as the Executive Chef to the Saudi Ambassador at the young age of twenty-eight where he spent the next four years creating one of the most exceptional dining tables in the Embassy world.
